Steven's story
“My name is Steven, and I am originally from Colorado, where I developed a strong work ethic and passion for leadership from an early age. Growing up, I had the opportunity to serve as captain of multiple sports teams. Those experiences taught me the importance of teamwork, discipline, accountability, and leading by example.
Before starting my journey in business, I worked in physically demanding manual labour jobs that reinforced the value of perseverance and hard work. Those experiences shaped who I am, but what truly inspired me to become a business owner was the opportunity to make a lasting impact on others.
I wanted to build more than a successful company. I wanted to create an environment where people could develop valuable leadership skills, grow professionally and personally, and achieve goals they never thought possible. Through Venture Coast Marketing, my mission is to help others unlock their potential, build rewarding careers, and ultimately create opportunities for success that extend far beyond the workplace.”
